Boudoir Photography

Boudoir photography for individuals and couples in Jacksonville, Florida. Comfortable, collaborative sessions where you choose your boundaries, I guide the posing, and your privacy always matters.

Let's talk about your photos

Boudoir Photography in Jacksonville, Florida

Boudoir photography is personal. What feels confident and empowering to one person might feel completely different to someone else. That’s why I don’t think there’s one right way a boudoir session should look.

Whether you’re booking a session on your own or with a partner, my job is to help you create photographs that make you feel proud, powerful, and attractive, while making sure you’re comfortable with the process from beginning to end.

You’re In Control

You decide what to wear, how revealing you’d like your photographs to be, and what you’re comfortable doing in front of the camera. That might mean something understated and elegant, something playful, or something more daring. There’s no expectation that you need to approach boudoir photography a particular way. I provide clear, direct posing guidance, starting with some familiar poses and adjusting from there based on what works for you. You don’t need to arrive knowing how to pose or what to do with your hands.

Communication is important to me. I explain what I’m asking you to do, and I don’t physically adjust your pose or appearance without asking permission first. If a pose or suggestion doesn’t feel right, we move on. You can decline any direction or stop the session at any time.

For individual boudoir sessions, I also require another person to be on the premises and readily available throughout the shoot. That can be a friend, partner, or family member. They don’t have to be in the room with us unless you’d like them there.

Boudoir Photography for Individuals and Couples

I’m happy to photograph individuals of any gender, as well as couples who want to create something together. For couples, the session can focus on your connection and how you interact with each other. For individuals, we can concentrate on poses, expressions, and photographs that reflect how you want to see yourself.

Either way, we’ll work together to find what feels natural and flattering rather than trying to force a particular look.

Choosing a Location

I have a preferred photography location in downtown Jacksonville that works well for boudoir sessions. It requires a separate booking fee, which I’ll discuss with you before anything is reserved. You’re also welcome to arrange another suitable location, such as a private home or a rental property. Any rental or booking costs are separate from my photography session fee.

For solo sessions, the requirement to have another person on the premises still applies, regardless of the location.

Your Photographs Stay Private

I understand that privacy can be a major consideration when booking boudoir photography. Your photographs are delivered through a private online gallery with access restricted to approved email addresses. You’ll receive an invitation to set up your account and password so you can view and download your images.

I never publish boudoir photographs on my website, social media, or elsewhere without your express permission. You can also choose to approve only certain photographs. You should be able to enjoy your pictures without worrying that they’ll unexpectedly appear online.

Boudoir Session Pricing

My boudoir sessions use the same straightforward pricing as my other portrait sessions:
45-minute session — $385
90-minute session — $450

Both options include posing guidance, a private online gallery, and a print release. A longer session can be helpful if you’d like additional time to settle in, change outfits, or explore more poses. Any separate location rental fees are additional.

Ultimately, I want you to leave the experience feeling good about the session and to look at the finished photographs and see yourself in a way that makes you smile.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

How much does a boudoir photography session cost?

Boudoir sessions are $385 for 45 minutes or $450 for 90 minutes. Both include posing guidance, a private online gallery, and a print release. If your chosen location requires a rental or booking fee, that cost is separate.

Do you photograph both individuals and couples?

Yes! I offer boudoir photography for individuals of any gender and for couples. We'll plan the session around the photographs you want and what feels comfortable to you.

I've never done a boudoir session. Will you help me pose?

Absolutely. I'll give you clear, specific direction, starting with some basic poses and adjusting as we go. You don't need any modeling experience, and you're always welcome to decline a pose or suggest something different.

Do I need to wear lingerie or anything revealing?

Not at all. What you wear and how much you choose to reveal are entirely up to you. I'm happy to work with whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes. For individual boudoir sessions, I actually require another person to be on the premises and readily available during the shoot. They can be a friend, family member, or partner, and they don't need to stay in the shooting room unless you'd like them there.

Will my boudoir photographs be posted online?

Not without your express permission. Your gallery is private and restricted to approved email addresses. I may ask whether you'd be comfortable allowing certain photographs to appear in my portfolio, but you're always free to say no or approve only specific images.

Where do boudoir sessions take place?

I have a preferred location in downtown Jacksonville that requires an additional booking fee. We can also discuss other suitable locations, including a private home or a rental property you arrange. For individual sessions, another person must be present on the premises throughout the shoot.

Should I book 45 minutes or 90 minutes?

A 45-minute session works well if you have a relatively simple plan. I'd consider 90 minutes if you want more time to get comfortable, change outfits, or explore a wider variety of poses.
